The Hanningfield Uni-Hoist Lift Systems are often used for the positioning of equipment.
The compact and versatile design makes it the ideal solution to process equipment and materials handling problems. It has been specially designed for use in areas where space is restricted.Because every application is different, we can design and custom build to customers' exact requirements.
Manufacture is to GMP standards in all stainless steel which ensures that it is low maintenance, hygienic and easy to clean.
Process equipment such as mills and vacuum conveyors can be hoist mounted to give operational flexibility, in terms of both mobility and height.

The integration of process equipment with the Uni-Hoist improves that equipment's operation by enabling it to be positioned wherever the need arises.
A hoist allows equipment to be raised and lowered, to fit any aspect of the process. For example, a customer may wish to raise a vacuum conveyors, to load a tablet press. The Uni-Hoist makes this simple by allowing the equipment to be specifically positioned. This can be repeated throughout the facility.
Alternatively, a mixer can be lowered into a bin, a mill can be raised above an IBC, or a vacuum conveyor can be positioned above a tablet press.
The Uni-Hoist helps to offer complete process flexibility, and represents a cGMP method of improving productivity, hygiene and safety.
